Privacy statement
Kiva Infrastructure AS (organisation no. 938 177 422), c/o ECF Holding AS, Slemdalsveien 70A, 0370 Oslo, Norway, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This statement explains what data we process, why, and what rights you have. You can contact us at post@kiva.no.
Contact form
When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we process your name, email address and any information you provide in the message (company, phone, enquiry type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
The website does not store the enquiry in a separate database. Cloudflare Pages Functions processes the submission, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that it is not automated, and Cloudflare Email Service delivers it to Kiva's mailbox. Cloudflare and Kiva's email provider process data on our behalf.
The enquiry is retained for as long as necessary to respond and follow up the dialogue. It is deleted or anonymised when that purpose has been fulfilled and there is no longer a documented business or legal need to retain it.
Technical security and analytics
The website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing and has no tracking or analytics tools. Cloudflare processes necessary technical security signals, including browser and network information, to protect the form against abuse. Turnstile is active only when the secure contact form is available. If the security check rejects a submission, you can always contact us directly by email.
Cloudflare is an international provider. If personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the transfer must be covered by a valid transfer mechanism, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant. This and Cloudflare's data processing agreement must be verified before the contact form is enabled.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may also object. These rights may be limited by statutory exceptions. Contact us at post@kiva.no. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
